🎯 Requirements
• Degree/master's in engineering or business-related field • Management consulting experience or in an industrial operations environment • Knowledge of operational excellence, risk, safety, or sustainability • Proven experience in project teams and leading workstreams • Adaptability and ability to thrive in diverse, remote teams • Proficiency in French and English; fluency in a third language desirable • Exceptional analytical and formalization skills; outstanding problem-solving and communication abilities
