Description
• Be the central contact person for all tax matters in our group of companies • Together with your team, you are responsible for the monthly advance VAT returns in more than 15 different countries • You will always be involved in structuring the group of companies through acquisitions or sales • you will be responsible for tax due diligences • Together with your team, you will oversee tax audits in the Group • you will work closely with our Group Accounting department • you will have access to a network of experienced consultants
Requirements
• extensive experience in both national and international tax matters through several years of work in a tax consultancy firm or a relevant position in the industry • detailed knowledge of both direct and indirect taxes in Germany and abroad • extensive experience in transfer pricing • experience in tax structuring and tax diligences • experience in the supervision of tax audits • experience in the development and support of tax compliance systems • management experience • good self-organization in connection with meeting deadlines • strong teamwork skills as well as an analytical, structured and quality-oriented way of thinking and working • very good knowledge of German and English
