Description

• Take ownership of key ITIL-based processes • Ensure continuous optimization to enhance operational efficiency • Drive ISO 27001 certification project • Develop strategies aligning with international security standards • Monitor, analyze, and report on IT service management processes

Requirements

• A certification in ITIL (or related framework) and in-depth knowledge of ISO 27001 standards • Expertise in managing ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and influence key stakeholders • Knowledge in cloud hosting or IT services is a plus • Written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
