Description
• Reporting to the Customer Growth Manager • Analyze acquisition and retention data across products • Support current campaigns and help build future initiatives • Work with senior analysts to drive insights and ideas • Mature data processes for better insights
Requirements
• Plenty of experience working with big data sets • Experience in Telco or Electricity preferred but not essential • Must be proficient in Excel • Ability to communicate data accessibly to non-data professionals • Experience with data querying languages (SQL, Python or R) is a plus • Experience creating data visualisations ideally in Power BI or Tableau
