• Develop and execute marketing strategies that support CDS’s growth objectives, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation • Oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content marketing, events, and more • Allocate resources to achieve marketing goals, monitor expenses, and ensure the initiatives are cost-efficient and focused on a return on investment (ROI) • Conduct thorough research and analysis in the eDiscovery market to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning, and adjust strategies accordingly • Enhance and maintain the company’s brand identity and messaging across all channels and touchpoints • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve measurable results • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives • Demonstrates the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision, consistently seeking out new challenges and opportunities for growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field • An MBA or advanced degree is preferred • 3+ years of experience in marketing • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, lead generation, and campaign management • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Experience with marketing automation tools, graphic design software, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
