📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We have an opportunity for a talented remote Payroll Operations Coordinator to join our Finance Operations team. • You’ll collaborate with our engineering and operations teams to fully automate payroll systems as we work to support exponential headcount growth. • On a day-to-day basis, you will execute the payroll process through our existing API with ADP Workforce Now, ADP Team Pay, and other global payroll providers. • Our ideal candidate will thrive in a start-up environment and roll up their sleeves to get things done.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years’ experience administering in-house multi-state/province payrolls • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field • Certified Payroll Practitioner (CPP) designation preferred • Experience with ADP Workforce Now • Expertise with state and local registrations and tax reporting • Experience with payroll-related audits • Expertise in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides) • Written, spoken, and aural fluency in English
