• Create exceptional user interfaces and ensure outstanding user experience. • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to solve design challenges. • Create high-quality UI designs, prototypes, and wireframes to communicate design concepts. • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries. • Collaborate with developers for accurate design implementation and support. • Stay updated on industry trends and share knowledge with the team. • Interact with customers to validate workflows and designs. • Translate research findings into actionable designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a design-related field/or equivalent experience. • 5+ years of proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your UI design and user-centric thinking expertise. • Mastery of user interaction design skills • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards. • Strong visual design skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics is a must. • Knowledge of design systems, component-based design, and design thinking methodologies. • Extensive knowledge of visual design principles (color theory, typography, etc ) and UX techniques. • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
