• Seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Business Intelligence (BI) Support Engineer to join our team • Responsible for ensuring optimal performance of BI tools and systems, providing support to users • Collaborate with BI analysts and IT team members to implement enhancements and new features in the BI system • Develop and maintain documentation for BI system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures • Conduct regular system audits to identify and address potential issues proactively • Train users on the effective use of BI tools and promote best practices within the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience as a BI Support Engineer or similar role, with a strong understanding of BI tools and technologies (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView) • Solid experience with SQL and database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle) • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users • Familiarity with data warehouse design and ETL processes • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
