Description
• Execute clinical strategy to meet business needs • Achieve objectives and key metrics as agreed • Interface between internal organization and external customers • Develop strategic account management plans • Support growth of key accounts • Identify and forge relationships with key stakeholders • Support development of ConvaTec advocates • Support digital clinical engagement • Develop audit programmes • Work with Regional Teams to enhance sales force effectiveness • Provide training and education to customers • Provide clinical input to tender processes • Maintain professional knowledge and ethical standards • Adhere to Convatec’s Compliance policy & Standards
Requirements
• Formal qualification in a clinical discipline • Comprehensive clinical background • Minimum of 3 years’ clinical experience in WoundCare/Tissue Viability • Proven knowledge of underlying wound aetiologies • Good communication and presentation skills • Competent in facilitation, organization and IT skills • Comfortable measuring success through sales results • Flexible approach with an open mind • Experience working with commercial colleagues/commercial awareness • Publications in relevant healthcare journals (even better) • Experience of negotiation with healthcare policymakers (even better) • Teaching qualification (even better)
