📋 Description
• Working within the strategic frame work set-out by the Director of Digital Development and Operations. • The CRM Application Administrator will play a leading role in Convatec’s drive to provide a World-Class Customer Experience through Digital Channels. • Responsible to maintaining, upgrading and configuring the platform. • Managing the onboarding, support, training and offboarding of application users. • Monitors and create report for various aspect of the platform such as usage, security and performance. • Manage and run data queries. • Attending to Agile Ceremonies. • Participate in testing and evaluating new programs. • Working closely with other members of the cross functional team. • Determining operational practicality. • Maintaining application documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• Must have done Admin work related to configuration of below. • Security roles • Setting up CRM instances • Managing audit logs • Monitor capacity • Investigate slow running plugins or workflows • Backup and restore CRM databases • Must be able to setup and configure CRM Apps from scratch including setting up languages, email templates, outlook configuration. • Must be able to install a solution into CRM system and also perform solution checks. • Ability to understand how Microsoft licenses work. • Understand CRM data verse architecture.
