β€’ We are embarking on an ambitious journey to modernize our entire company β€’ For this we are looking for an ambitious product manager who has global experience with digitising and modernising the end-to-end process β€’ You will lead the vision and product lifecycle within the onboarding, accreditation and KYC systems β€’ Strive for a better customer experience and operational efficiency, driving the KYC product roadmaps and projects β€’ Ability to analyse existing processes and products, determine problems and solutions β€’ Clearly articulate the product value proposition to key stakeholders β€’ Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams β€’ Change Management; ability to effectively manage the introduction of new and updated products β€’ Deliver insights into business performance through data analysis β€’ Innovate; use leading-edge industry best practices β€’ Work as the unifying element between compliance, operations, design, engineering, architecture and product strategy β€’ Own the existing and target process models for the KYC onboarding and re-accreditation area β€’ Demonstrate strong leadership, championing process improvement initiatives and change programs

Requirements

β€’ 3+ Years either in Senior Business Analyst, or Product Manager roles β€’ 3+ years in Compliance and KYC / client lifecycle management technology / products β€’ Experience with Customer Due Diligence and Risk Scoring, ID&V and KYB β€’ Project Management experience of end to end delivery of projects β€’ 2+ years people management experience β€’ University Degree or equivalent level of qualification within industry β€’ Knowledge of KYC and EDD regulations β€’ Experience of identifying, implementing, and driving improvements and changes in systems, processes, and practices to improve efficiency and enhance the Client/Customer experience β€’ Experience within a corporate environment with global multi-site operations β€’ Excellent stakeholder management, including experience in collaborating directly and presenting to senior management
