📋 Description
• We are looking for a talented Backend Developer to join our team and build robust, scalable backend systems. • The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot, with experience in AWS and PostgreSQL. • You will be responsible for developing and maintaining APIs, microservices, and databases, ensuring high performance and security. • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. • Build and optimise PostgreSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval. • Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. • Implement authentication, authorisation, and security best practices. • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration. • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices. • Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve system performance. • Stay up to date with emerging backend technologies and trends.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role. • Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot. • Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases. • Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS). • Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Nice-to-Have Skills: • Experience with containerisation tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. • Knowledge of serverless architecture on AWS. • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
