📋 Description
• Designs, deploys, and manages cloud-based network solutions on AWS. • Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining network architecture, ensuring security and scalability, optimizing performance, and troubleshooting issues. • Collaborates with development and operations teams to support cloud infrastructure needs. • A day in this role: Designing and implementing AWS network architectures • Managing VPCs, subnets, and route tables • Configuring and maintaining VPNs and Direct Connect connections • Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues • Ensuring security through firewalls, IAM, and encryption • Automating network tasks using infrastructure-as-code tools • Collaborating with DevOps teams on deployments • Documenting network configurations and processes
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field • 2-4 years of professional experience with AWS services, including VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, and IAM • Proficient in infrastructure as code, specifically Terraform scripting • Knowledge of network architecture and security, particularly within AWS VPCs • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively
