β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. β’ Proven experience (2-3 years) as an SDR or in a similar outbound sales role. β’ Proper understanding of lead generation tools (Apollo, Lusha, Sales Navigator....) β’ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. β’ Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly. β’ Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales engagement tools. β’ Knowledge of the UAE market. β’ Knowledge of the creator economy is a plus. β’ Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic. β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
