Description

• Primarily responsible for interacting with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions. • Responsible for key projects, monitoring of servers, and providing user support. • Administers servers, databases, and applications including upgrades, backup, and recovery. • Monitors application performance and integrity. • Works with Oracle support team or software vendor to resolve application issues. • Supports application/users by understanding data, business processes, and workflow. • Develops PowerShell scripts to automate redundant processes for efficiency. • Communicates with end users on issues and scheduled maintenance. • Participates in IT projects to continually improve infrastructure.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field. • At least 3 years of experience in IT industry. • At least 3 years of experience administering and supporting web-based applications in a multi-tier environment (preferably Hyperion). • At least 2 years of experience in Windows Server. • At least 1 year of experience in using SQL Server. • Must have troubleshooting and support background. • Must have experience in working with a team. • Analytical thinking. • Excellent customer service skills. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Dedicated and hardworking who enjoys working at night.
