📋 Description
• Work directly with the founding team to discuss strategy, growth, and business direction. • Provide weekly consultation and strategic insights on branding, marketing, operations, and scaling a DTC business. • Identify opportunities for growth, fundraising, partnerships, and market expansion. • Offer guidance on team structure, supply chain, and operational efficiencies. • Potentially transition into a full-time CXO (e.g., Chief Growth Officer, Chief Brand Officer, or Chief Operating Officer).
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in launching and scaling a DTC brand, preferably in fashion. • Experience as a Founder, CEO, CMO, COO, or another leadership role in a high-growth consumer brand. • Strong business acumen with expertise in brand positioning, marketing strategy, and operational scaling. • Ability to work at a high level with founders and contribute meaningfully to strategic decisions. • Open to a flexible, advisory role initially, with potential for a CXO transition.
