• Drive Sales and Growth: Implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, expand our market presence, and identify new opportunities in South East Asia. • Build Relationships: Develop and nurture strong connections with customers, distributors, and industry partners. • Manage Key Accounts: Support existing customers and distributors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. • Provide Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and stay ahead of competitors. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with marketing, product management, and technical teams to align efforts and ensure the success of product launches. • Deliver Results: Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts, monitor performance, and adapt strategies to meet objectives.
• Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience in animal nutrition or a related field, with a strong track record in sales growth and account management. • Regional Expertise: In-depth knowledge of South East Asia’s market trends, regulations, and key players. • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA or advanced degrees are a plus). • Skills: Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. • Language: Fluency in English is required; additional South East Asian languages are a plus. • Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
