Description

• Support all aspects of our IT delivery lifecycle including requirements, design, testing and delivery of web-based tools, though primary function will focus on requirements, design and implementation. • Engaging with end-users to understand business needs to develop and document requirements. • Conducting demos or training necessary for the successful execution of the project. • Developing technical documents development of new application features. • Communicating with multiple teams to ensure requirements are clear and well understood from a functional and technical perspective. • Logging incoming requests/work in team tools (Jira/Confluence). • Communicating with customers and the team about the status of work. • The Business Analyst will produce technical documents detailing integration points and features for Core-Strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Bachelor of Computer Science or Business Administration) • 2+ years’ experience working on web and/or software development teams • 2+ years’ experience conducting and leading interviews to gather and validate requirements • 2+ years’ experience in documenting requirements and specifications for web and/or software development teams • 2+ Years of experience developing and maintaining company's Social Media Accounts • 2+ years' experience with technical writing and developing technical requirements documents • Eager to learn Management Consulting and Strategy Management Concepts to support and conduct user demonstrations. • Familiarly with software tools such as: Linkedin Marketing, Hubspot, JIRA, SEO, G2, Capterra and other social media distribution platforms. • Experience scoping work efforts into actionable pieces for delivery and ability to break down tasks into Epics, Stories & Tasks • Experience developing standard documentation, including requirement and design specifications, use cases, and other supporting system documentation • Experience with technical writing and developing technical requirements documents • Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in a client interaction context and in facilitating large team meetings to drive delivery • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with Agile Scrum methods • Ability to work independently and within one or more teams with excellent time management, organizational, and reporting skills.
