Requirements

β€’ 1-2 years experience in a customer oriented support environment β€’ Remote support experience β€’ Troubleshoot hardware and software β€’ Build/Rebuild and configure laptops and desktops β€’ Extensive user desktop support experience with Windows XP through Windows 7 β€’ Troubleshoot local PC connectivity and application issues β€’ Experience with MacOS is a strong plus β€’ Support Windows Active Directory networks (2003/2008) β€’ Troubleshoot tcp/ip and network connectivity issues β€’ Knowledge of MS Office/Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 β€’ Expertise in MS Windows (XP, Vista, 7) β€’ Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy β€’ Familiarity with corporate antivirus/antimalware β€’ Disk imaging and recovery products experience β€’ Experience with mobile devices β€’ Knowledge of VPN clients (Cisco, Sonicwall)
