Requirements
• 1-2 years experience in a customer oriented support environment • Remote support experience • Troubleshoot hardware and software • Build/Rebuild and configure laptops and desktops • Extensive user desktop support experience with Windows XP through Windows 7 • Troubleshoot local PC connectivity and application issues • Experience with MacOS is a strong plus • Support Windows Active Directory networks (2003/2008) • Troubleshoot tcp/ip and network connectivity issues • Knowledge of MS Office/Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010 • Expertise in MS Windows (XP, Vista, 7) • Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy • Familiarity with corporate antivirus/antimalware • Disk imaging and recovery products experience • Experience with mobile devices • Knowledge of VPN clients (Cisco, Sonicwall)
