β’ Oversee the litigation calendar, ensuring all important dates are accurately scheduled and communicated. β’ Maintain an up-to-date docket system, tracking deadlines and ensuring compliance with court requirements. β’ Coordinate logistical aspects of legal proceedings, including depositions, mediations, and trials, as well as meetings and strategy sessions. β’ Assist in preparing and managing legal documents related to case management and calendaring. β’ Facilitate communication among attorneys, clients, court officials, and other stakeholders regarding scheduling matters.
β’ High school diploma required; bachelorβs degree or legal assistant certification preferred. β’ Prior experience in a legal setting, with a focus on personal injury law, calendaring, or docket management highly preferred. β’ Exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in legal software and MS Office Suite.
