• Uphold financial transaction integrity and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and tax laws. • Lead audits and manage compliance efforts, coordinating with internal and external auditors to meet U.S. regulatory requirements. • Drive budgeting processes and forecast financial trends to inform strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with management to provide financial strategies and insights that support business objectives. • Oversee tax preparation and compliance, ensuring adherence to U.S. federal and state tax regulations. • Mentor and manage the finance team, promoting professional growth and fostering a collaborative environment.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related. • CPA or similar certification preferred. • 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in leadership roles, preferably with U.S. firms or clients. • Proficiency in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP), advanced Excel skills, and thorough knowledge of U.S. GAAP, U.S. tax laws, and regulations. • Strong analytical skills and financial data interpretation. • Effective communication skills, leadership qualities, and project management experience.
