📋 Description
• We are hiring a part-time Talent Acquisition Specialist to execute recruitment efforts across various creative and technical roles. • You’ll work closely with the Talent Team to develop sourcing strategies, screen candidates, and guide them through the hiring process—all while collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments to ensure a smooth, efficient talent pipeline.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related HR role, preferably in creative or tech sectors. • Deep understanding of recruitment processes and candidate assessment. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Content Management Systems (CMS). • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced remote environment.
