• Our business is only as strong as the data and products we provide to our customers. • You’re passionate about data and will leverage your SQL skills to analyze, query and manipulate data, ensuring adherence to business rules and procedures. • You’ll collaborate across teams to support data quality initiatives spanning from data ingestion through to our suite of products. • You’ll support our data stewards with identifying, monitoring and improving the quality of our critical data elements.
• proficiency in SQL • strong problem-solving skills • passion for and understanding of data • a demonstrated ability to deal with complex data related issues, drawing credible conclusions and recommendations based on your analysis of multiple scenarios and data points • exceptional skills in partnering with clients/staff and in developing and maintaining long term supportive relationships • excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical people • customer service focus with a mindset for continuous improvement • ability to work independently and as a contributing, collaborative team member • experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau • proficient working with the Microsoft Office suite of programs. • familiarity with real estate/property industry is a plus • familiarity with data quality/data management tools also a plus • 2+ years of similar business analysis experience
