Requirements

•10+ years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA) or 13+ years of relevant work experience. •5 years’ experience in leadership roles. •Solid understanding of compliance frameworks like SOX, SOC, NIS, etc. •Experience creating and leveraging process flows, control matrices, narratives, and standard operating procedures. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders, including the Audit Committee and external auditors. •Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex problems, and manage multiple projects efficiently. •Experience in managing large-scale projects, including readiness, planning, execution, and monitoring of organizational wide SOX compliance initiatives. •Proven record of defining technology roadmap, executing defined technology strategies, and driving adoption across a large enterprise •Extensive experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing large-scale production solutions. •Experience in container ecosystems - Docker, Kubernetes, and Service Mesh •Experience with Continuous Integration pipeline tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions •Experience with configuration management tools such as Helm and Ansible. •Strong analytical skills and able to work independently to solve sophisticated engineering problems. •Proven ability to lead with passion and execute vision with little guidance and ability to make independent judgments and decisions within established guidelines. •Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship building skills conducive to collaboration. •Able to work well in a global collaborative environment.
