Description

• The Senior (Sr.) Salesforce Business Analyst/Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce Projects. • This high-visibility role encompasses a broad area of responsibility within a multi-disciplinary Enterprise-level Salesforce environment. • The ideal candidate excels in communication, requirements gathering, and collaboration with peers, users, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality projects. • The Sr. Business Analyst leads the Agile Software Development Lifecycle and assumes Scrum Master responsibilities. • Responsibilities include facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring adherence to Agile principles and practices.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal, listening, oral, and written communication skills. • Strong analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a team-based environment. • Experience working with sandbox and production environments. • Demonstrated adherence to Salesforce.com best practices. • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Computer Science or similar. • Minimum work experience: 7 years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst/Scrum Master with end-to-end Salesforce implementation experience. • Minimum 3+ years working within all phases of the Systems Development Life Cycle and an Agile driven development environment. • Minimum 3 years’ experience with the Salesforce platform configuring sales, service, community clouds, and/or custom Salesforce apps. • Strong expertise in applying Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Experience conducting simple to complex Project Demos and Sprint Demos. • Excellent listening, oral, written, and presentation skills. • Excellent analytical skills, as well as accuracy and attention to details. • Experience working in JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project management tools. • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Lucid chart SharePoint.
