📋 Description
• Provide technical support to internal customers and external Tier 1 customers. • Hands-on installation, analysis, configuration, and troubleshooting of Linux systems and IP networking. • Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to timelines and budgets. • Act as a resource for technical inquiries and identify resolution of issues. • Work closely with development teams to report bugs and ensure updates are deployed and tested. • Maintain communication with leadership and team members for successful product delivery. • Provide technical pre-sales and post-sales support to strategic clients. • Analyze and translate customer requirements into specifications. • Conduct presentations and training sessions for engineers. • Prepare documents to standardize deployment procedures.
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. • Minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience. • Excellent communication skills. • Strong knowledge of IP networking protocols. • Deep knowledge of communication infrastructures (TCP/IP, QoS, encryption, etc.). • Fundamental Networking skills: IP routing and switching (DHCP, NAT, VLAN, Security, etc.). • Scripting: Bash, Shell, and Python. • Database experience: SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server. • Experience with operating systems: Linux / Windows Server. • Overall knowledge of electrical power distribution systems. • Project management and customer support experience. • Knowledge of grid flexibility and visibility is a plus. • Advanced proficiency in German (C1 level) with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
