Description

• Customer-facing position providing technical support. • Hands-on installation, analysis, and troubleshooting of Linux systems. • Responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects. • Strong communication and collaboration skills required. • Work closely with development teams for bug identification and feature deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. • Strong knowledge of IP networking protocols. • Deep knowledge of communication infrastructures (TCP/IP, QoS, encryption, etc.). • Fundamental Networking skills: IP routing and switching (DHCP, NAT, VLAN, Security, etc.). • Scripting: Bash, Shell, and Python. • Database experience: SQLite, Microsoft SQL Server. • Experience with operating systems: Linux / Windows Server. • Overall knowledge of electrical power distribution systems. • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience. • Project management and customer support experience. • Knowledge of grid flexibility and visibility is a plus.
