📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of program requirements. • Serve as course developer and change agent for LMS growth. • Provide consultation on training structure and deployment. • Work with SMEs to develop learning objectives and training programs. • Develop courses, assessments, and web-based content. • Interface with external authoring software and LMS vendors. • Maintain accuracy and currency of training content. • Leverage adult learning theory to design engaging e-learning content. • Capture video content with Technical Consulting team. • Contribute to a blended learning approach focusing on adult learning.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Instructional Design, or related field preferred. • 3 years related experience with proven portfolio. • Strong experience in adult learning and training required. • Expertise in developing asynchronous learning courses. • Experience developing custom e-Learning solutions for diverse target audiences required. • Experience developing and delivering virtual learning/training and technology-based tools required. • Experience in developing video tutorials required. • Experience with multiple e-learning authoring software platforms, including Articulate Storyline required. • Experience with Camtasia, Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suites, Adobe Captivate, Audacity, Adobe Premiere, etc. required. • Knowledge of Cloud-based Learning Management Systems required. • Microsoft Office suite required. • Possess basic project management skills. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills. • Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and time-management skills. • Ability to build and maintain positive, productive relationships within and across teams, customers, and vendors.
