📋 Description
• Collaborate with your team and various stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of program requirements. • Design and develop training approach, teaching outlines, assessments, delivery methods, and evaluation methodology. • Ensure training operations are in accordance with the latest instruction design industry best practices. • Conduct research to understand learner needs, their knowledge and/or performance gaps. • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to construct accurate and timely content. • Construct learning paths for effective delivery of content.
🎯 Requirements
• Possesses a 4-year degree, Masters in Instructional Design or other relevant degree or certification. • Possesses 6 years of relevant experience. • Possesses strong experience in adult learning and training required as well as subject expertise in the software or system being taught and documented.
