• Meddbase, A Cority Company is UK’s leading online EHR SaaS solution for healthcare. • It includes a full suite of healthcare management software features covering consultations, scheduling, analysis, document management, electronic referrals, and reporting. • The system offers a user-friendly patient portal, automated appointment reminders, and a telemedicine platform with a mobile app. • You will work alongside Infrastructure and Development teams to maintain high-security data centres and Azure environments. • Engage in the transition to fully cloud-native infrastructure over the next three years. • Responsible for availability, latency, performance, and efficiency in system operations. • Collaborate with developers for operational support and project ownership. • Experience with SQL Server, Postgres, and Redis is beneficial. • Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana is an advantage. • Engage in automation practices, using Ansible for pull request changes. • Incident response and troubleshooting of system issues is required. • Engage in continuous improvement through blameless post-mortems and proactive documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Cloud architecture knowledge, particularly with Azure. • Distributed application analysis, troubleshooting, and development experience. • Experience designing and building monitoring systems (Prometheus, Graylog, Grafana etc.). • Experience troubleshooting Windows (including IIS) and Linux systems. • Knowledge of IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform etc.). • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python). • Practical incident response experience. • SQL Server / Postgres / Redis. • Strong documentation and communication skills. • Any experience with .Net / C# is advantageous.
