Description

• Lead Instructors deliver high-quality, live, virtual instruction. • Conduct large synchronous online lectures on technical content for diverse learners. • Prepare and lead virtual classroom sessions. • Collaborate with operations personnel to drive successful learning outcomes. • Ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to schedules. • Engage professionally with learners and staff. • Prepare adequately for lectures and deliver high-quality content.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in software development, test automation, SDET, or QA roles. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). • Previous teaching experience, preferably in a remote environment. • Experience training learners on foundational technical skillsets. • An excellent educator with a passion for teaching and helping others. • Outstanding team and people management skills. • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript. • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and testing practices. • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks. • Certification in SDET or related areas.
