Description
• The Operation Analyst collaborates with Program Managers to manage training programs • Works with Business Operations and Curriculum teams to uncover insights about training programs • Analyzes program data to support live classes ensuring engagement and benefits for stakeholders • Assists the Program Manager with the admissions process, marketing initiatives, and applicant support • Manages live class operations on Saturdays
Requirements
• 0-2 years full-time professional experience, ideally in an operations or analytics role • Minimum 4-year college degree or equivalent experience • Experience managing cross-functional, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with large audiences and varying levels of English language proficiency • Strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision • Proactive approach, high attention to detail, and a quick learner • Strong customer service ethic, with experience supporting relationships with individuals and clients • Familiarity with Google Suite and MS Office Suite, especially Powerpoint and Excel • Familiarity with Slack and Zoom strongly preferred
