Description

• Correlation One develops workforce skills for the AI economy. • Enterprises and governments work with us to develop talent and close critical data, digital, and technology skills gaps. • Our mission is to create equal access to data-driven jobs of the future. • Teaching Assistants (TAs) play a critical role in teaching ~25-30 learners in our virtual Cybersecurity training program. • A day in the life of TAs involves mandatory onboarding, participating in live lectures, providing fast responses via Slack, and hosting breakout rooms as needed. • Responsibilities include attending meetings, grading submissions, and providing learner support.

Requirements

• One year of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field with a degree or approved credentials; If no related degree, 2+ years of professional experience in the Cybersecurity field • Previous teaching or learner support experience, ideally in a remote environment • Post-secondary degree or other credentials in Cybersecurity or a related field • CompTIA Security+ certification

Benefits

• Part-Time TA (8-10 hours per week) • Base salary = $2,250 • Performance bonus = Up to $750 • Office hours are paid separately at $30/hr • Full-Time TA (15-17 hours per week) • Base salary = $6,468.75 • Performance bonus = $2,156.25 • Office hours are paid separately at $30/hr
