Description

• Teaching Assistants (TAs) teach ~25-30 learners in Correlation One’s Cybersecurity training program. • TA commitment for 25 weeks. • Mandatory Pre-Program TA Onboarding. • Participate in all live lectures, respond via Slack, host breakout rooms. • Provide up to 6 hours of individual office hour sessions for Fellows each week. • Work with fellow TAs and Lead Instructors to improve learner experience. • Host review sessions and ensure progress of Fellows. • Respond to questions and attend weekly TA meeting. • Part-Time TA responsibilities include individual office hours and grading submissions.

Requirements

• One year of professional experience in Cybersecurity with a degree or approved credentials; If no related degree, 2+ years of professional experience in Cybersecurity • Previous teaching or learner support experience, ideally in a remote environment • Post-secondary degree or other credentials in Cybersecurity or a related field • CompTIA Security+ certification

Benefits

• Part-Time TA (8-10 hours per week) • Base salary = $3,375 • Performance bonus = Up to $1,125 • Office hours are paid separately at $45/hr • Full-Time TA (15-17 hours per week) • Base salary = $9,703.13 • Performance bonus = $3,234.38 • Office hours are paid separately at $45/hr
