Description

• Develop and articulate a compelling product vision for AI-driven RCM solutions that aligns with the overall business strategy. • Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI to address key pain points in the revenue cycle, such as claim denials, payment delays, and coding errors. • Create, maintain, and prioritize a well-defined product backlog, ensuring a clear roadmap for the development team. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and clinical operations, to define and refine product requirements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify user needs and write clear, concise, and testable user stories. • Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum) to drive efficient and iterative development processes. • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clinical staff, finance teams, and executive leadership. • Utilize data analytics to measure product performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions. • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and healthcare technology. • Drive a culture of innovation and experimentation to continuously improve product offerings. • Ensure individual compliance with all privacy and security rules and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field - required • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills. • 3+ years of product management. • Proven experience as a Product Owner in a healthcare or technology company. • Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts, including natural language processing, computer vision, and predictive analytics. • Experience working with agile development methodologies. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Preferred Qualifications • Experience with healthcare IT systems, such as EHRs and RCMs. • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in healthcare. • Experience with data engineering and data science tools and techniques. • A passion for using technology to improve healthcare outcomes.
