Description

• Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children. • Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to the client’s needs including various therapeutic modalities. • Attend to relational ethics and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team. • Participate in family care meetings with other providers. • Comply with clinic policies and all applicable laws/requirements/regulations. • Adhere to organizational standards and policies. • Maintain documentation in line with legal, ethical, and company standards. • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to safeguard patient information.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field. • Current and unrestricted license and/or certification required to practice. • Knowledgeable in a variety of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches. • Commitment to providing exceptional client care and using client feedback to improve care. • Open-mindedness and desire to learn from other professional disciplines. • 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
