Description
• Create and design architectural plans for residential and commercial properties • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to ensure that projects are completed to the highest possible standard • Coordinate with other architects and designers to ensure that projects meet company standards • Understand building codes and regulations to ensure compliance is met • Review and evaluate project progress to ensure that it meets the approved design • Present design proposals to clients, project managers, and company executives • Estimate project costs and set project timelines to ensure completion of projects within budget and deadlines
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in architecture or a related field • Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design and building • Proficient in using various design software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations • Ability to evaluate and solve complex design problems • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, contractors, and project managers • Experience in creating project timelines and meeting tight deadlines.
