Description

• Welcome to Coterie—where innovation meets opportunity in the world of insurance! • Responsible for managing financial reporting, optimizing cash flows, and tackling ad hoc analyses • Contribute to budget and financial forecasts while monitoring actual performance against the budget • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and provide financial insights • Participate in special projects as required, including investor requests and fundraising

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field • 4-6 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably within public accounting or the insurance industry • Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel Power Tools, Sage Intacct, and Power BI • Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
