• Are you ready for an exciting new challenge with a successful Gold Standard full fibre network provider? • We’re looking for bright sparks who like to go the extra mile to join us in what is and exciting time at County Broadband. • County Broadband is a provider of fibre-fast broadband to communities across the east of England. • Duties will include but not limited to; Provide a proactive targeted approach to attracting the best talent. • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to understand current resourcing needs. • Ensuring the candidate has a positive recruitment and onboarding process. • Instilling the company values into the recruitment and selection process. • Assisting in the creation of job descriptions and job adverts. • Meeting and reporting on recruitment KPI’s. • Ensuring compliance and due diligence throughout the recruitment process. • Provide role salary benchmarking research. • Liaising with partner agencies and their performance management.
• 2 years experience in in-house recruitment • Experience with ATS or CRM’s • Experience of proactively sourcing candidates • Knowledge of all the main job boards. • Proven experience in achieving recruiting targets.
