• First and foremost, a can-do attitude • Experience in event marketing or SaaS communications, preferably in a B2B marketing environment • Ability to present and lead in event team meetings • Strong project management skills • Strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing automation platforms (we use Marketo) or Strong understanding and experience with various MarTech solutions: Marketo, Salesforce, Outreach preferred but not mandatory • Understanding of event KPIs and metrics, ability to report on campaign successes • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Second language (German) would be advantageous but not mandatory
