🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in strategic sourcing, either internally via a procurement or supply chain organization or externally with a consulting firm or software provider OR in depth knowledge of optimization in combination with a business discipline gained in an academic environment. • Experience in leading consulting engagements or projects via an external consulting firm / software provider, or with internal customers/stakeholders within an organization • Excellent interpersonal and client management skills are required along with the passion to work with customers to execute an implementation plan that works towards a rapid, successful go-live • Ability to use Excel and/or other platforms for complex scenario analysis • Experience of configuring and delivering software demonstrations • Experience in Sourcing, Category Management, and in running complex Sourcing events, in particular Logistics, Raw Materials, Packaging or other complex spend categories • Experience in applying advanced eSourcing tools to conduct complex tenders making use of advanced analytical techniques such as scenario analysis and optimization
