📋 Description

• You will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical solutions, thereby contributing to our platform's overall success and growth and, ultimately, the transformation of the consumer goods industry. • Support the company's growth : Preparing and evolving our processes and code base to accommodate more traffic and clients. • Enhance Services : Improve existing backend and frontend services by writing maintainable code, refactoring as needed, and implementing new features to meet evolving business needs. • Collaborate with Product Management : Work with the product management team to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure efficient development processes. • Contribute to Development and Best Practices : Actively engage in the development process, conduct code reviews, and uphold best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment. • Innovate and Improve : Continuously seek out and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance our code base.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Computer Science degree or similar • 3+ experience in the SaaS product or marketplace field • Proven track record as backend developer • Experience with Java, REST API, Spring and Relational databases • Bonus if you have experience with NoSQL databases, particularly Elasticsearch • Bonus if previously exposed to start-up and scale-up environments • Familiar with agile development approaches • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust flexibly to frequent context changes • Hands-on and solution-oriented attitude • Taking complete ownership and accountability over your work • Good communication skills • Ambition to grow within the company • Team player with high integrity
