📋 Description

• Your role in our growing, hungry, and highly motivated team is vital. • You will be instrumental in translating business requirements into technical solutions, thereby contributing to our platform's overall success and growth and, ultimately, the transformation of the consumer goods industry. • Support the company's growth: prepare and evolve our architecture, processes, and code base to allow more significant traffic, clients, and products. • Enhance Services: Improve existing backend services by writing maintainable code, refactoring as needed, and implementing new features to meet evolving business needs, balancing long-term vision and pragmatic solutions. • Design and architecture: Implement unified REST APIs that facilitate seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. • Create and implement architectural concepts for new features, emphasizing scalability, reliability, and agility. • Collaborate with Product Management: Work closely with the product management team to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and ensure efficient development processes. • Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team, conduct code reviews, and promote the best code quality, testing, and deployment practices. • Innovate and Improve: Continuously seek out and implement new technologies and methodologies to enhance our platform, adopt best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Education: Computer Science degree or similar • 5+ experience in the SaaS product or marketplace field • Proven track record in backend development, as well as architectural design and implementation • Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot • Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases, particularly Elasticsearch • Proficiency with Cloud platforms, especially AWS • Skilled in REST API design and development • Bonus if previously exposed to start-up and scale-up environments • Familiar with agile development approaches • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust flexibly to frequent context changes • Hands-on and solution-oriented attitude • Taking complete ownership and accountability over your work • Good communication skills • Ambition to grow within the company • Team player with high integrity
