📋 Description
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the Portuguese market. • Own the end-to-end marketing roadmap, balancing brand positioning, growth marketing, and field marketing initiatives. • Work closely with local Sales and Customer Success teams. • Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand competitors, industry trends, and customer needs. • Lead and optimize acquisition channels, including demand generation strategies. • Manage and execute field marketing initiatives, including events and partnerships. • Oversee and execute content marketing initiatives. • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts. • Report insights to Global Marketing team, collaborating on strategy discussions.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of proven experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS marketing leadership role. • Strong expertise in brand building, demand generation, and field marketing. • Hands-on approach with ability to strategize and execute. • Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of marketing metrics and performance analysis. • Experience working closely with Sales/Customer Success to drive business growth. • Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English. • Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building and scaling marketing functions. • Curious mindset, eager to stay ahead of industry trends and regulations. • Willingness to step outside comfort zone, recognizing when to seek support. • Results-driven approach with ability to set and achieve goals. • Familiarity with employee benefits market or related sector is a plus.
