• Insurance Expertise: 5+ years of experience that demonstrate understanding of various insurance products, policies, and coverages. • Customer-Focused: Excellent proven track record of interpersonal and communication skills. • Strategic Mindset: As the first employee of the Spanish Insurance Team, you will be responsible for establishing new processes and standards for the Insurance vertical. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess policy details, interpret coverage terms, and make informed recommendations. • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate terms with insurance partners to secure advantageous placements for clients. • Team Player Spirit: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and across departments. • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and efficient workflow. • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving industry. • Certifications: Relevant insurance certifications or licences.
