📋 Description
• Manage end-to-end insurance enrolment processes for new hires and open enrolment periods. • Enter and maintain accurate insurance data in internal systems and with external providers. • Act as a liaison between employees, insurance carriers, and internal departments to resolve enrolment related issues. • Review and verify documentation to ensure eligibility and proper plan selection. • Monitor and reconcile enrolment discrepancies across systems and vendors. • Provide timely and clear communication to stakeholders regarding enrolment status and any required actions. • Assist with audits, reports, and documentation to ensure ongoing compliance. • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to enrolment workflows and processes.
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in insurance operations, benefits administration, or a related field. • Strong understanding of insurance plans (health, workers compensation, etc.) and enrolment procedures. • High level of accuracy and attention to detail. • Excellent organisational and time management skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. • Experience working with multiple insurance carriers or in a multi-state environment is preferred. • Experience with platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, Zenefits, etc.) is preferred. • Spanish fluency is a strong plus.
