Requirements
• Certifications: Relevant insurance certifications or licences. • Experience: At least 3 years experience in Insurance. • Insurance Expertise: Understanding of various insurance products, policies, and coverages. • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English. • Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate terms with insurance partners. • Team Player Spirit: Ability to work effectively within a team. • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail. • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
