📋 Description
• Set up, monitor, and optimize automation initiatives using tools like HubSpot, Make.com, N8n.io, and other MarTech platforms. • Help Marketing & Growth team execute enablement initiatives faster and more efficiently. • Troubleshoot challenges in cross-team campaigns and workflows using problem-solving mindset. • Understand how everything connects across our MarTech stack, improving and streamlining processes. • Collaborate on cross-functional experiments with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations. • Research and test new marketing technologies to boost efficiency and impact. • Keep up with emerging MarTech trends, leveraging the best tools to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in marketing and sales automation, growth hacking, and problem-solving. • Track record of driving business success by enabling teams and executing impactful strategies. • Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and tech stacks. • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English, making technical topics easy to understand. • Organizational skills while juggling multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met. • Curiosity and problem-solving skills, with a love for marketing automation. • Experience connecting marketing tools with other systems, even when a native integration isn’t available. • Solid technical foundation—familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, SQL, or basic coding is a plus.
