Description
• Engage with teams to define product strategy and roadmaps • Build and iterate on product features with experimentation mindset • Participate in product reviews and discussions with users to validate solutions
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience building backend systems • Relevant experience in Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, PostgreSQL, AWS, or Kubernetes is a plus • Relevant experience in fintech is a plus • Focus on user problems and proactive in addressing challenges • Ability to write meaningful tests for code • Team player with skills in code reviews and pair programming • Drive to solve problems
