Description

• Help decide what user problems to address with your squad • Build product features integrated with the product codebase • Work with product, engineering, and design teams on strategy and roadmaps • Engage with Support and Success teams for feedback and validation • Participate in product reviews and present work regularly

Requirements

• You are based in Europe • 2+ years of experience building backend systems • Relevant experience in Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, PostgreSQL, AWS, Kubernetes is a plus • Relevant experience in fintech companies/products is a plus • Care about the user and focus on problem-solving • Autonomous and proactive in addressing product challenges • Care about writing meaningful tests for the code • Love to learn and improve skills constantly • Team player who conducts code reviews and pair programming • Drive to solve problems proactively
